A reasoning check for legal correspondence
Before you send it, check whether the argument actually holds up.
A second pair of eyes on the logic in demand letters, declarations, and correspondence — not a drafting tool, not a citation checker, not case management.

Personal injury solos — catch a weak causation link or damages leap before an adjuster does. Same tool works for family law correspondence (custody declarations, settlement letters) where a shaky inference is worth fixing before a judge or opposing counsel reads it.
Example: what it flags
Synthetic excerpt — not a real client matter.
Following the collision on March 12, my client reported neck stiffness within a week. Because the defendant was clearly at fault, all of my client's subsequent health problems must have been caused by the accident. The adjuster should therefore agree to the full amount requested without further discussion.
A reasoning review would flag the jump from fault at the scene to all later symptoms, and the move from disputed damages to "therefore pay in full" — the kind of gap adjusters are trained to exploit.
What this is not
- Not legal research — no case law database or citation validation
- Not a drafting tool — it reviews text you already have
- Not a substitute for attorney judgment or malpractice-grade review
